Boycom Acquires 12 Systems in Southeast Missouri and Northeast Arkansas

Boycom Cablevision, Inc. has announced the completion of a deal to acquire twelve cable systems from Rapid Communications serving over 2400 subscribers in Southeast Missouri and Northeast Arkansas. The communities served by these systems include;,

Arkansas:

Biggers, Datto, Reyno and Success

Missouri:

Alton, Birch Tree, Doniphan, Ellington, Ellsinore, Grandin, Eminence, Marble Hill, Glen Allen, Mountain View, Naylor, Neelyville, Van Buren and Winona.

Initially, Boycom’s service offerings in these comunities will include cable television, but plans are underway to offer digital broadband and high speed Internet services.
